How we supercharged Europcar to make it go faster
Europcar had monthly newsletter emails. The problem was that no one was opening them. We acted as digital consultants for their redesign.
The emails looked good, but what we discovered was that they were not responsive across the range of email clients they needed to be. So we built new templates, re-working and testing them to meet the rigorous cross browser standards while nevertheless keeping their looks.
The redesigned email newsletter broke all records for Europcar’s customer emails, with 32% more emails opened, 220% more orders placed and 288% more revenue produced.
